Cotton puff clouds highlight Ole Glory's waves

I was watching the sky today as we moved around the city on chores.  This shot was while I was at Kinsel Ford dropping off a Red Cross vehicle which needed repairs.  I was struck by the contrast between the cotton puff clouds in the  background and in the foreground the American flag flapping actively in the breezes brought in by a cool front.

Flying the Saints Superbowl banner in New Orleans

I don't know if this is what is meant by "when the Saints go marching in," but someone had Jean D'Arc carrying the banner for New Orleans favorite footballers.  The statue, quite frankly, never look so powerful and inspiring.  It got a lot of attention down in the French Quarter before and after the Superbowl.
